Endodontics or root canal treatment
If a dental decay or cavity is serious it may affect the tooth's nerve which may become infected and swollen causing pain (from light to unbearable).
In this case the treatment consists of removing the damaged nerve, file the conduit's walls, irrigate it and sterilise it with a specific liquid to finally cover it with a material similar to natural rubber and a cement. The number of roots determine the amount of nerves. In the following radiographies you can see various cases of the Endodontics that we have treated in our clinic.
